At VeloDrop, accessible from our mobile application, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by VeloDrop and how we use it.

VeloDrop follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they use the app. The information collected by log files includes:

• Internet Protocol (IP) addresses
• Browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP)
• Date and time stamp, referring/exit pages
• The number of clicks and interaction with features

These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the app, tracking users' movement on the app, and gathering demographic information.

We use the information we collect in various ways, including to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain our app
• Improve, personalize, and expand our app
• Understand and analyze how you use our app
• Develop new products, services, features, and functionality
• Send you push notifications for download status (with your consent)
• Find and prevent fraud

To function correctly, VeloDrop requires specific permissions on your device:

• Storage Access: Needed to save downloaded media to your device's gallery.
• Network Access: Needed to download media from the URLs provided by the user.
• Notification Access: Needed to show progress and completion alerts for downloads.

We do not access your private photos, videos, or files that were not created or managed by VeloDrop.

We use Google AdMob to serve advertisements. AdMob may use cookies or web beacons to collect data about your interactions with ads to provide personalized advertising. Please note that VeloDrop has no access to or control over these cookies that are used by third-party advertisers.

Our app allows you to download content from third-party social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.). This Privacy Policy applies only to VeloDrop. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these third-party platforms. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of any third-party service you interact with.

Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.

VeloDrop does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our app, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.
